As a steadily growing business, we encounter problems head on. We believe it's best to deal with all problems instantly, rather than blaming the shipping service, we promise to call them and solve your situation that day if within regular business hours.
We also promise to:
- *Track down missing parcels and deliver a fair ETA
- *Refund or replace any lost or damaged goods on arrival.
- *Take all criticism on board in a positive manner to improve as a whole.

THE RETURN POLICY
An important note to mention straight away is, perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. All though if you have a problem, please don't hesitate to reach out we really do care and will have whatever is causing you grief solved within a fair time frame, in most cases within the hour.

In regards to lost goods we're clearing able to help instantly due to the benefit of tracked parcels, we'll be able to see if you're parcel hasn't shown up online and we will proceed to call Australia Post on your behalf. In worst case scenarios we will resend your parcel if it is lost, or if it's been located we will reconfirm your new delivery date.
Sometimes a refund may be applicable if Australia Post has damaged your goods during transit, in most cases we will require a photograph to prove the damaged goods are as claimed and may ask that you return them to us.
To return your product, you must first email Eathan@thegrowth.com.au and confirm the product you are returning is unopened and nonperishable. (cookies cannot be returned) from there you should mail your product to: UNIT 903, 50 CLARENCE STREET, SYDNEY, NSW, 2000. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
