Using the Mifflin-St Jeor Equation we calculate a rough calorie estimate on your current stats, applying your BMR to your daily activity level we are able to estimate your daily required calories, once you consistently hit your daily required calories you will gain weight.
The best way to ensure you gain weight is to use the calculator estimate above.
After one week you will be able to measure your results, majority of the time it will be accurate, all tho if you attempt to gain one kilogram and only gain half a kilogram, we recommend adding an extra 250 calories a day to the above estimate. This step is rarely required and is only due to you being overally active.
